Misty SMP — Terms of Service & Store Policy

Welcome to the Misty SMP store. By purchasing any virtual items, ranks, or packages from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Virtual Items and Seasonal Resets

1.1 Seasonal Nature of Purchases

Misty SMP operates on a seasonal model. All virtual items, including but not limited to:

• Donator Ranks (e.g., Mist+)
• Custom ranks
• Custom Kits and Cosmetic Items

Are valid only for the duration of the specific season in which they were purchased.

1.2 Automatic Reset Policy

When a season ends and a new season begins, the server undergoes a complete data reset.

• All ranks, items, perks, and progress will be permanently wiped.
• Purchased items and ranks do not transfer over to the next season.
• To obtain ranks or items in a new season, you must purchase them again. You cannot request a manual transfer or restore of previous season purchases.

2. No-Refund and Chargeback Policy

2.1 Final Sales

All payments made to the Misty SMP store are final. Because virtual items are delivered instantly upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason—including server resets, player bans, or server downtime.

2.2 Chargebacks

Attempting to bypass this policy by opening a dispute or chargeback via PayPal, your bank, or any other payment processor is a strict violation of these Terms.

• Any account associated with a chargeback or payment dispute will be permanently banned from the Misty SMP server and store.
• We reserve the right to share purchase logs and agreement history with payment processors to resolve disputes in our favor.

3. Acknowledgement

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that you are buying virtual, temporary perks for the current season only. You agree that you will not hold Misty SMP liable for the loss of these perks upon a seasonal reset.
